In case of refusal of the equivalence, the concerned person may ask the sectorial commission to reexamine the decision. If the result of the reexamination is negative, he (she) can make a recourse of the sectorial commission's decision to the national commission.

1 - Reexamination :

If he (she) decides to ask for the reexamination of the sectorial commission's decision, the applicant must :

* Present a written demand of revision to the president of the sectorial commission of equivalences,
* Support the demand, if possible, by new documents,
* Deposit the demand in the central dispatching office in the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Technology

In case of opposition to the results of the second reunion of the sectorial commission, the applicant must :

* Present a written demand to the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Technology, president of the equivalences national commission in which he (she) explains the reasons of his opposition to the sectorial commission's decision,
* Support the demand, eventually, with new documents,
* Join a copy of the sectorial commission's decision.
