Intoduction :

The B.A degree (maîtrise) in social and economic management is exclusively a management diploma. It differs from the path of economic sciences and management because the studies focus on the management's social aspects as well as on the labor sciences. It has to be said that this path doesn't require a deep knowledge in mathematics.

Studies' content in the first cycle :

• (First year) introduction to economy, introduction to management, introduction to law, financial accountancy, psycho sociology, mathematics applied to management, English, expression techniques, civil law, micro economy, descriptive statistics.

• (Second year) company's organization and structure, macro economy, analytic accountancy, business private law, labor law, financial mathematics, English, expression techniques, computer science, companies' accountancy, statistics, human resources management, 2 specific modules chosen among the following fields :

Specific modules (options) :

• Management of small and medium companies: commercial management, accountancy and financial analysis.

• Companies' organization and management: management, labor law.

• Social administration: social service, development sociology.

• Labor sciences: introduction to social security law, ergonomic.
