ACCES The access to the studies of Health sciences can be made through one of the two following modes : a) the academic orientation system : may accede the holders of baccalaureate, sections experimental sciences and mathematics. A limited quota of places is destined to satisfy the demands made by students, holders of other types of baccalaureate. b) The reorientation's competitive examination is open to the students who had their baccalaureate in the two years preceding the exam which comprises 2 to 3 tests (general culture, natural sciences and physics/chemistry). LENGTH OF STUDIES The studies comprise first and second cycles. The teachings are made up of courses, guided works, practical works and training periods. They are organized by disciplines, modules, certificates, integrated themes and trainings. Attendance at the guided works, practical works and training is compulsory. Attendance at the courses, which are often organized in small groups, is recommended. EXAM REQUIREMENTS To pass from one year to the next, the student should succeed in the final examination which is made up of two sessions: main session and remedial session. The latter takes place four weeks, at the latest, after the announcement of the main session's results. The transfer during the studies from the Faculty of medicine, dental medicine and pharmacy to another is submitted to a certain number of criterias : first cycle accomplished in conformity with the programs for the next years, authorization of the university's president. The number of places is limited. |
